💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Tulip's multi-cloud SaaS infrastructure, designing automation and observability to scale globally. Your work will directly impact the reliability and developer velocity of our AI-native frontline operations platform. This role offers the chance to drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment and health of multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS environments
• Design and evolve cloud architecture for global scale
• Maintain CI/CD infrastructure for fully automated delivery
• Build automation tooling to reduce operational toil

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS/Azure
• Experience managing NoSQL and SQL databases, key/value stores, and messaging systems
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Mimir, Thanos, Grafana

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Go, TypeScript, Python, or Bash
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Must work Eastern Time Zone hours
