You'll lead electrical commissioning activities for xAI's hyperscale data centers, directing energization and testing of critical power systems. This senior hands-on role impacts next-generation AI supercomputing infrastructure with extensive travel to construction sites across the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead electrical commissioning for medium/low voltage power distribution
• Direct point-to-point verification and functional testing
• Oversee troubleshooting of complex electrical issues during startup
• Develop and approve commissioning test procedures and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of electrical commissioning experience in data centers
• Deep expertise in data center electrical infrastructure up to 480V
• Working knowledge of commissioning test equipment
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, NETA standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior leadership on hyperscale data center commissioning projects
• NETA Level III certification or equivalent
• Experience with PLC/SCADA controls troubleshooting
