• Analyze telemetry and support trends to identify system bottlenecks.
• Translate customer challenges into user stories and PRDs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of defined functional areas.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Operations on configuration rules and SKUs.
• Champion cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Purity software, and QA.

• Experience managing projects from concept to completion in a technical product or program management role.
• Ability to present clear analysis and propose decisions with confidence.
