💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to senior management and attorneys for the Executive Office for United States Attorneys. Your work ensures seamless technology operations in a government environment. CGS offers a supportive culture with opportunities for professional growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform backup/restoration and file server support.
• Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and handheld devices.
• Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and IT tickets using ITIL.
• Set up conference rooms with audio/video systems and online meeting tools.

📋 Requirements

• One year or more Adobe Connect or related online meeting center setup experience.
• Backup/restoration administration and support experience.
• File server support experience.
• User account/mailbox administration experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Change Management experience.
• Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above.
