Description

You will prepare and assemble architectural glass and building components by studying blueprints, gathering parts, drilling, and fastening materials. Your work ensures accurate fabrication according to specifications while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• Able to take measurements using standard measuring tape
• Basic understanding of English preferred
• Able to read and understand work instructions
• Able to use air power tools, hand tools, drills, and adhesives
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprint drawings

Responsibilities

• Drill holes and prep materials per work orders and fabrication sheets
• Complete daily work orders, parts inspection, and measurement
• Assemble components by examining fit and fastening parts
• Resolve fabrication problems by altering dimensions or notifying supervisor
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
