💼 About This Role

You'll oversee all site operations for a 45,000 sq ft Chennai office, managing facility operations, lab maintenance, supply chain logistics, and workplace experience. You'll be the sole owner of site operations for an electronics and hardware company, coordinating landlord relations, health and safety, security, and events. Autonomous individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for international logistics and lab equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vendor relationships for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Coordinate inbound shipments of hardware from ODM partners
• Implement and maintain physical security systems and access control
• Develop and manage annual facility operations budget

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years facility management experience
• 5 years in electronics/hardware/technology companies with lab management
• Experience managing 30,000+ sq. ft. facilities
• Experience handling ODM shipments and international logistics

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in Facility Management (CFM)
• Experience with networking equipment or telecommunications hardware
• Knowledge of ESD protocols and controlled environments
