This is a hands-on, builder role where you'll own AI performance and ship real improvements that remove manual effort.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review AI-handled conversations for accuracy and tone
• Refine prompts and conversational logic to improve outcomes
• Map workflows to find manual, repetitive, or broken processes
• Build and ship AI-driven fixes for operational processes

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, product, consulting, or a startup
• Experience building and shipping automation or AI solutions
• Ability to trace problems from input to outcome across systems
