Description

You will lead a team of Account Executives to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts through a land and expand strategy. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your success is measured by ACV growth as you manage the U.S. sales team to penetrate targeted territories. You'll develop pipeline strategies, mentor your team, and assist in closing opportunities to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue
  • Based in Austin, Texas, willing to work hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Self-starter with bias for action and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, GSuite

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales and pipeline strategies to achieve new customer acquisition and ACV targets
  • Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to improve revenue and pipeline generation
  • Assist in closing opportunities and partner with Customer Success for venue expansion
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members on sales process
