💼 About This Role

You'll join a compassionate hospice team providing palliative care to clients in their homes across multiple counties in North Carolina. Your assessments and interventions will help patients remain comfortable and dignified at end of life. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management.
• Perform client assessments and execute doctors' orders.

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
