🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver support via email and video calls, resolving clinical and technical issues.
- Manage and resolve feedback tickets in Front ticketing system.
- Educate users through tutorials and personalized workflow guidance.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product improvements.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years in healthcare technology, customer success, or support.
- 2+ years in a clinical or clinical documentation role.
- Experience with NextGen and PointClickCare EHR systems.
- Proficient with Front, Google Workspace, and similar tools.

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with specialty EHR systems.
- Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize user feedback.
