You'll partner with Product and Engineering to guide clients through technical implementation, from initial integration to launch. You'll support the Sales team by articulating the technical value of Unit's platform to prospective customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to guide new clients through technical implementation
• Support the Sales team by articulating technical value to prospective customers
• Act as trusted advisor: communicate features, gather feedback, advocate for clients
• Translate client requirements into actionable solutions, including prototypes and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS
• Strong technical foundation including working with APIs and explaining technical concepts
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
