💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the final point of contact for complex member issues including grievances and accommodation requests. You'll resolve sensitive situations with strong judgment and cross-functional coordination to ensure members feel heard and respected.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and resolve high-priority member escalations end-to-end
- Investigate grievances from multiple systems and stakeholders
- Review accommodation requests and evaluate supporting documentation
- Communicate professionally with health plans and external partners
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5+ years in member/patient support or escalations
- Experience with health plans or healthcare systems
- Demonstrated experience handling complex escalations

- Experience reviewing formal documentation (e.g., authorized representative forms)
