💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the final point of contact for complex member issues including grievances and accommodation requests. You'll resolve sensitive situations with strong judgment and cross-functional coordination to ensure members feel heard and respected.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and resolve high-priority member escalations end-to-end
  • Investigate grievances from multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Review accommodation requests and evaluate supporting documentation
  • Communicate professionally with health plans and external partners

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3-5+ years in member/patient support or escalations
  • Experience with health plans or healthcare systems
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex escalations

  • Familiarity with accessibility and accommodation processes
  • Experience reviewing formal documentation (e.g., authorized representative forms)
