💼 About This Role

You'll manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud, driving value-based outcomes and coordination with cross-functional teams. You'll serve as the primary point of contact after implementation, ensuring customer happiness and expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers after implementation.
  • Manage subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health.
  • Develop deep relationships with customer key personnel for up-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between customers and cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success/account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures.
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS organization.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • Cybersecurity or compliance background.
  • Experience with complex software implementations.

  • Requires availability during North America (Pacific) hours for a Bengaluru-based role.
