🎯 What You'll Do
- Build automated sourcing bots and workflows for multiple concurrent roles
- Create multi-channel outreach sequences and quality dashboards
- Develop market intelligence tripwire system with real-time Slack alerts
- Build internal referral/backchannel system mapping employee networks
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter
- Strong recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting)
- Prior remote work experience with US/UK-based companies
- Fluency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana

- Experience building automation with Clay, Zapier/Make, or Airtable
- Basic scripting or data skills (Python/JS, APIs, SQL)
