🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build automated sourcing bots and workflows for multiple concurrent roles
  • Create multi-channel outreach sequences and quality dashboards
  • Develop market intelligence tripwire system with real-time Slack alerts
  • Build internal referral/backchannel system mapping employee networks

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter
  • Strong recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting)
  • Prior remote work experience with US/UK-based companies
  • Fluency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience building automation with Clay, Zapier/Make, or Airtable
  • Basic scripting or data skills (Python/JS, APIs, SQL)
  • Exposure to talent market intel or comp benchmarking workflows
