You'll own end-to-end hardware design for UAV systems, from prototyping through flight-ready builds. Your work directly advances democratic societies with cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll integrate mechanical, electronic, and sensor subsystems into cohesive drone architectures.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end hardware design of UAV systems from prototyping to flight-ready builds
- Integrate mechanical, electronic, and sensor subsystems into manufacturable drone architectures
- Develop and iterate physical prototypes balancing performance, weight, and durability
- Define and execute hardware validation and flight-readiness testing campaigns
๐ Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and building UAV or complex autonomous hardware systems
- Comfortable working across both mechanical and electronic domains
- Strong prototyping mindset with experience taking hardware from concept to flying article
- Proficient with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Siemens NX) and electronics design tools (e.g. Altium)

- Experience with COTS component evaluation and supplier management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
