Description
You will own the go-to-market strategy and narrative for Brex's startup segment, creating campaigns, content, and pitch decks to win over venture-backed founders. You'll deeply understand the startup persona, shape positioning, and drive full-funnel marketing initiatives to acquire and grow customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders.
- Customer-obsessed with empathy for startup and founder challenges.
- Proven track record of translating features into compelling customer-centric narratives.
- Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Research and deeply understand the founder and startup persona, including pain points and goals.
- Own the startup narrative for Brex, including product and solution positioning.
- Develop marketing strategy for startup segments (pre-seed, seed, series A) across messaging, campaigns, and events.
- Devise and quarterback full-funnel marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales plays.
- Create sales and marketing assets (e.g., pitch decks, web pages, case studies) in partnership with Brand and Design teams.
