💼 About This Role

You'll infuse high-performance composite parts for autonomous vessels at Saronic Technologies. You'll prepare molds, perform hand layups, and execute vacuum-assisted resin infusion processes. This hands-on role is critical to manufacturing reliability and directly impacts product performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare molds and tooling for composite layup and infusion
• Perform precise hand layups using dry fiber materials
• Set up and execute vacuum-assisted resin infusion processes
• Interpret technical drawings and process documentation using a tablet

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on composites manufacturing experience
• Vacuum bagging hull and decks experience
• Familiarity with vinyl ester and polyester resins
• U.S. Person status required for DoD contract work

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to use MVP Hight Output System
• Experience with marine composite fabrication
• Forklift or crane certification
