Description

As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will lead the architecture and evolution of scalable web applications, define technical direction, and mentor senior engineers. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product ideas into robust systems while shaping the long-term technical foundation of Bluefish's AI marketing platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating production full-stack systems with ownership of large-scale architectural decisions
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, shipping production systems end-to-end
• Experience or willingness to code in Python
• Strong system design and data modeling skills
• Experience with AWS infrastructure using Terraform

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and evolution of core product systems for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives and align engineers around architectural direction
• Translate ambiguous product ideas into scalable technical solutions with pragmatic trade-offs
• Establish engineering standards across stack including testing, observability, API contracts
• Lead system scaling initiatives to support orders of magnitude growth
