💼 About This Role

You'll manage large-scale IT projects for the NATO Communications and Information Agency, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality tolerances. Your work directly supports NATO's command and control capabilities and its digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, implement, and manage assigned projects per NATO regulations
• Develop procurement strategies, benefit/risk analyses, and business cases
• Deliver projects within time, cost, and quality tolerances
• Supervise project teams and ensure stakeholder communications

📋 Requirements

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a large IT organization
• Experience in large digital transformation initiatives in public sector or international organizations
• ITIL Foundation Level certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of MoP and MSP best practices
• Experience in NATO or governmental acquisition procedures
• Prior work in an international environment with military and civilian elements
