Description

You will define and execute the roadmap for next-generation electrified home appliances, bridging hardware and software to deliver exceptional value to customers. You'll lead cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and make data-driven prioritization decisions to bring products that reduce fossil fuel reliance to market.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of product management experience in startup/high-growth environment
• Experience shipping hardware products with significant software component
• Experience managing products for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Autonomous self-starter with judgment to know when to involve leadership
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and manage roadmap with VP of Product
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch for hardware and software
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, operations, sales
• Conduct customer discovery and user research to validate features
• Define success metrics and use data to iterate and improve performance
