💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Starlink, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across multiple channels. You'll analyze trends and design support interventions to improve the customer experience. • Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels
• Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise
• Surface product and process issues using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center content

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of front-line customer support experience
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
