💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, process sales, and help keep the store visually appealing. This part-time role is at our Chesapeake, VA location and requires a passion for pop culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing customer service and product knowledge
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
