Description

You will lead a high-performing field sales team across strategic enterprise accounts in Australia, owning regional go-to-market execution and driving new business and expansion, particularly within Financial Services. You'll build C-level relationships and partner cross-functionally to deliver revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise sales experience with several years managing field sales teams
  • Proven track record leading B2B SaaS/cloud/data/infrastructure sales in ANZ, ideally in Financial Services
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong people leadership skills: hiring, developing, and retaining top sellers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level influence

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team, including recruiting and coaching
  • Own regional GTM strategy and revenue performance across assigned enterprise territories
  • Drive pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and quarterly/annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships at major banks and financial institutions
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Support to drive adoption and retention
