You'll prospect into enterprise accounts across ANZ, engaging VP-level stakeholders with targeted outreach. You'll manage renewals and upsells for 30-50 existing customers, driving product adoption. This role bridges outbound prospecting and enterprise deal execution, partnering with Account Executives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and build pipeline into enterprise accounts across ANZ
- Manage portfolio of 30-50 existing customers, renewals and upsells
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to qualify opportunities
- Run customer QBRs and manage commercial escalations
- Maintain Salesforce for pipeline, activity and customer health
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Development role within SaaS
- Track record of prospecting into enterprise accounts at VP level
- Experience managing customer relationships commercially (renewals/upsells)
- Familiarity with data or cloud technology (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
