🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver **1:1 skilled nursing care** to clients in their homes.
• Perform assessments and administer medications as ordered.
• Document patient care using electronic charting system.
• Coordinate care with clinical team and family members.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to commit to minimum 24 hours per month.
