Requirements

  • Professional degree in Systems, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing technical requirements
  • Knowledge of API integration
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements and user stories
  • Act as bridge between clients and internal teams (product, development, operations)
  • Provide technical support during client integrations and implementations
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring timelines, quality, and scope
  • Identify improvement and optimization opportunities in implemented solutions
