🎯 What You'll Do

• Own talent acquisition reporting including funnel metrics and source effectiveness
• Build executive-level dashboards for workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Lead market intelligence analyzing competitor hiring trends and talent availability
• Design BI dashboards to visualize recruitment performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Talent Intelligence or Talent Acquisition analytics
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to build dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven analytics or automation in HR/TA environments
• Fluent English required for global collaboration
