Description

You will provide front-line IT support in a fast-paced defense tech environment, troubleshooting issues, managing identity and access, supporting onboarding, and administering Microsoft 365. Your work ensures employees can perform their roles efficiently.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune, Teams)
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with identity and access management tools (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta)
• Proficiency in IT asset management and endpoint management platforms

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests, prioritize and escalate tickets to meet SLAs
• Manage user accounts and access permissions across business systems
• Source, order, track, and maintain IT assets with accurate inventory records
• Provision new user accounts, configure laptops, and coordinate onboarding
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune, Teams)
