Description

In this role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver human-centered primary care. You'll have opportunities for continuous learning and may supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• Active CA state license
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
