Description
You will drive the acquisition and growth of strategic art sellers in the DACH region, focusing on Germany. You'll lead commercial discussions with galleries, dealers, and artists, structure high-value deals, and build long-term partnerships to strengthen Catawiki's position in a key European art market.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management with revenue targets and KPI ownership
- Proven track record of growing GMV and acquiring strategic sellers
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Data literacy and experience with CRM and data tools like HubSpot, Looker Studio, Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic art sellers across DACH region with GMV and quality targets
- Identify and convert high-value prospects through market mapping, outbound outreach, in-person meetings, and events
- Manage pipeline and forecasting, prioritizing high-impact opportunities
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including single-seller auctions and incentive models
- Collaborate with Art Experts on sourcing strategy, lot selection, and seller development
