Description

In this role, you'll build your own niche market and become a recruitment expert in Engineering, Life Sciences, or IT. You'll independently manage client and candidate relationships, negotiate deals, and fill vacancies quickly.

Requirements

• Some experience in Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Driven to build and maintain relationships
• Motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented team player
• Excellent Dutch and English skills (Swedish, French, or German a plus)
