💼 About This Role

You'll lead Workday and Coupa optimization for Procure to Pay processes at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, partnering with Procurement, Finance, and Accounting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You'll drive end-to-end system implementations and automation to scale impact across Biohub and Learning Commons.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business requirements analysis with cross-functional partners
• Design and configure Workday and Coupa solutions
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, testing, and deployment
• Manage short- to mid-range projects with multiple stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and support
• 2+ years of Coupa Procurement functional design and implementation
• Strong understanding of Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes
• Experience managing projects in cross-functional enterprise environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Functional Implementation Consulting experience
• Security and compliance awareness for enterprise data management
