Description

As a Staff SRE on the Platform Engineering SRE team, you will own the reliability and performance of proprietary networking applications critical to Netskope's cloud security infrastructure. You will lead incident response, drive automation to reduce toil, and collaborate with leadership to improve observability and resiliency. This role offers the chance to become a technical leader and impact a global cloud platform.

Requirements

• Core specialty in networking domain
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus
• Proficiency in configuration management (SaltStack, Ansible)
• Strong incident response and diagnostic skills
• Experience with infrastructure as code

Responsibilities

• Own SRE function for proprietary networking applications
• Lead incident response and drive resolution during IST hours
• Identify and prioritize improvements in observability, automation, and resiliency
• Mentor less senior team members
• Develop configuration management and automate operational tasks
