💼 About This Role

You'll guide new members through a smooth onboarding onto Collective's all-in-one accounting platform. Your core impact is helping solopreneurs understand their finances and run their businesses confidently. You'll use your accounting expertise to break down complex topics into clear explanations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct video calls with members each day (approx. 4–5 hours)
• Create P&L reports and balance sheet statements using accounting expertise
• Explain complex technical topics in clear, easy-to-understand terms
• Guide members through running payroll and understanding payroll taxes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of customer experience or support
• 2+ years working in accounting or taxes
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with S-Corp payroll
• Passion for helping members and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
