Description

As an Associate Product Manager in Carvana's Apex program, you will work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to scope projects, write requirements, and improve the customer experience. You'll drive AI integration across the product roadmap and gain experience from tactical tasks to strategic leadership.

Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in product, analytics, or related discipline
• Working familiarity with LLM product mechanics and data tools like SQL
• Exposure to RAG architectures or agent-based frameworks
• Strong UX intuition and curiosity about consumer web/mobile products
• Proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Responsibilities

• Scope projects and write requirements
• Handle feature prioritization and impact assessments
• Conduct ad hoc analytical deep dives using SQL, CosmosDB, or Splunk
• Collaborate with Data Science, UX, and Customer Care on conversational journeys
• Drive AI integration roadmap for customer experience
