You'll lead the technical onboarding of Square's largest enterprise sellers, ensuring they fully realize Square's product value. You'll engage pre-sale for solution validation and manage complex multi-project deployments across cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal to Square's upmarket growth strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple complex onboarding projects concurrently
• Engage pre-sale for discovery, scoping, and solution validation
• Act as technical liaison between sellers and internal teams
• Proactively identify and manage risk throughout onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years in project management or onboarding
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, or SDK integrations
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Experience in POS, payments, or technology industry
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies
