• Maintain internal systems, codebases, and tools
• Create and own technical process documentation

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Zendesk and Qualtrics as an admin
• Ability to use APIs to overcome system limitations
• Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub
• Proven record of improving internal processes
