Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute back-of-house functions
• Process incoming shipments and organize stockroom
• Assist with opening/closing procedures
• Support sales floor and visual merchandising
• Participate in inventory preparations
