You'll provide technical support to customers experiencing software, hardware, or networking issues, ensuring satisfaction by resolving or escalating problems. You'll troubleshoot VoIP, SMS/MMS and analyze call flows and packet captures.

- Identify and troubleshoot network, VoIP, and messaging issues
- Address customer inquiries via ticketing system, phone, or email
- Analyze call flows, packet captures, and system logs for faults
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years experience in technical support or related field
- Networking, VoIP/SIP, and SMS/MMS proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Certifications like Network+ or CCNA
- PSTN, PBX, HTTP Messaging, or Enterprise Telephony experience
