You'll provide technical support to customers experiencing software, hardware, or networking issues, ensuring satisfaction by resolving or escalating problems. You'll troubleshoot VoIP, SMS/MMS and analyze call flows and packet captures.

  • Identify and troubleshoot network, VoIP, and messaging issues
  • Address customer inquiries via ticketing system, phone, or email
  • Analyze call flows, packet captures, and system logs for faults
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in technical support or related field
  • Networking, VoIP/SIP, and SMS/MMS proficiency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
