Description

You will own global lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization across Notability's app ecosystem. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize multichannel communications and drive data-informed strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in a subscription-based mobile/web product with global user base
  • Strong understanding of user journey mapping across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Hex), and A/B testing
  • Proven experience managing CRM campaigns end-to-end from strategy to iteration
  • Comfortable with user and revenue data; strong data literacy and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, engagement, conversion, churn prevention, reactivation)
  • Manage multichannel communications (email, push, in-app, product surfaces)
  • Develop testing roadmap, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Analyze CRM performance, user trends, and monetization metrics; build dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data, and engineering teams
