You'll lead enterprise deployments of Exiger's SaaS risk intelligence platforms, guiding clients through onboarding and configuration to ensure rapid time-to-value. You'll serve as a trusted partner helping global organizations mitigate supply chain risks at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client-facing implementations of risk intelligence platforms
• Guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live
• Translate client needs into platform design and risk strategies
• Document and improve internal implementation processes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in supply chain operations and enterprise tech implementation
• Proven experience with data-driven risk management
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success with complex cross-functional implementations

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, Supply Chain certification (APICS, CSCP)
• Engineering background
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or ERP systems
