You'll build partnerships with premium eCommerce clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Yotpo's AI-powered reviews and loyalty platform. Your core impact will be driving customer retention and identifying upsell opportunities. This role stands out with a hybrid working model in Sofia.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver ROI and value by consulting clients on Yotpo solutions.
  • Identify business goals and optimization opportunities for customers.
  • Analyze account metrics to identify pain points and drive performance.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and proactively mitigate churn risks.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Technical knowledge of web analytics, CMS, and APIs.

  • Understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email).
  • Experience with cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
