🎯 What You'll Do
- Deliver ROI and value by consulting clients on Yotpo solutions.
- Identify business goals and optimization opportunities for customers.
- Analyze account metrics to identify pain points and drive performance.
- Manage multiple client relationships and proactively mitigate churn risks.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
- Technical knowledge of web analytics, CMS, and APIs.

- Understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email).
- Experience with cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
