You'll operate at the intersection of Sales Operations, Finance, and GTM strategy, shaping incentive structures that influence revenue performance. Act as both a technical expert and strategic advisor, designing quota and compensation models while helping leadership understand broader implications through data-driven insights.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and model GTM compensation structures including quota planning and incentive modeling.
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into effective compensation plans.
- Lead rollout and communication of annual compensation and incentive plans.
- Analyze compensation effectiveness and attainment trends for optimization.
- Provide ongoing performance insights and health checks to GTM leaders.
π Requirements
- 5β8+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A.
- Strong experience in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses with sales compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex financial models.
- Experience with Salesforce and commission tools like CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Spiff.
