💼 About This Role

You'll support Kabam's interactive entertainment business by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing compliance, and advising cross-functional teams. You will handle diverse commercial transactions and provide strategic legal guidance to mitigate risks. This role operates onsite 5 days a week in Downtown Vancouver.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Manage corporate governance and record-keeping
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy development
• Advise business partners on legal risks and mitigation

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in good standing with a provincial or state bar
• 5+ years corporate and commercial in-house experience
• Exceptional integrity and ability to handle diverse legal matters
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on commercial and strategic matters
