Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce
• Canadian CPA designation mandatory
• 10–15+ years progressive leadership with 5+ years travel industry experience
• Expert-level Excel, BI tools, and ERP implementation experience
• Mastery of consolidation accounting, intercompany transactions, and FX translations

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal controls for financial precision
• Lead annual budget cycle and monthly performance-vs-budget analysis
• Direct year-end audit and ensure regulatory and FX compliance
• Optimize supplier contract revenue through invoicing and reconciliation
• Lead ERP implementation and build BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau)
