💼 About This Role

You'll lead the newly unified sales organization of a leading Transportation Management System provider, driving scalable revenue growth and go-to-market execution. You'll build and scale the sales team from the ground up, define processes, and own forecasting. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a category-leading TMS platform post-merger.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as a player-coach on complex opportunities and enterprise deals.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems or logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
