You'll expand Sofar Sounds' presence in the Los Angeles area by curating and promoting intimate live events. You'll build new audiences through self-directed marketing and community partnerships. This commission-based role offers flexibility and ownership over your local market strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop audience development strategies for new customer acquisition
• Promote and sell tickets using self-directed local marketing tactics
• Curate and book diverse artists and venues for live events
• Manage financial performance and build local partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in live event curation, production, and promotions
• Deep connections to the local music scene and community
• Experience selling event sponsorships or marketing activations
• Strong pulse on city neighborhoods and local culture
