You'll lead design and implementation of advanced blockchain protocol improvements for globally adopted distributed systems. Your core impact is driving scalability, throughput optimization, and low-latency transaction execution. This role offers the chance to work on proposer-builder separation, MEV mitigation, and parallelized execution in a remote-first, highly technical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver throughput optimization and high-performance execution architectures
• Lead protocol initiatives for PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models in EVM-based environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components and tools

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and large-scale system building
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, or parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
