Description

You will lead the launch of a new pharmacy location in Wilton Manors, Florida, from site selection and permitting to hiring and operations. Your work will establish a patient-centered environment serving the LGBTQ2S+ community, with a focus on PrEP, STI, and HIV care.

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist eligible for Florida licensure
• Experience in pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Strong project management and vendor relationship skills
• Ability to work independently with significant autonomy
• Familiarity with 340B and non-340B systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection and evaluate potential locations for the pharmacy
• Manage Florida Board of Pharmacy licensing, DEA registration, and permits
• Coordinate pharmacy buildout with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Develop SOPs tailored to Florida regulations and patient population needs
• Hire, train, and supervise pharmacists and support staff
