Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to delegate and provide feedback to team
• Knowledge of retail inventory processes

Responsibilities

• Manage operational functions: shipment, receiving, transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management
• Maintain product presentation and execute visual merchandising changes per directive
• Plan visual floor changes with management team, adapting support to business needs
• Execute visual direction to meet company expectations, budgets, and timelines
